This is the total transformation – renovation of a 145 m2 shop into a modern and modern family apartment.
The architectural study and reconstruction was done in such a way that every corner of the house was properly and practically utilized.
The current image of the property is completely different from its previous appearance, as it has been transformed into a luxurious 4 bedroom apartment 1 of which is Master, spacious and bright living room, dining & kitchen area and more storage space was created to meet the needs of the family and made the new home functional and practical. Materials such as wood, glass, and iron were used throughout the space to achieve the goal of refurbishing. The main theme of the project was to combine a modern design & a new distribution of the spaces.
